nursing job in Joliet, Illinois.Job Description & Requirements
Join a specialized dialysis team providing compassionate,
patient-specific care to the adult and geriatric population. This
role focuses on delivering shorter, gentler, and more frequent
dialysis treatments, improving patient outcomes and quality of
life. Nurses will work in a skilled nursing facility setting with a
dedicated on-site dialysis unit.
-Administer dialysis using the NXStage machine
-Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams
-Provide education and support to patients and families
-Maintain accurate documentation in Crown Web EMR
Qualifications:
1+ year of recent dialysis experience (required)
NXStage Dialysis Machine experience (required)
Experience with geriatric patients (required)
Valid driver's license (required)
BLS (AHA) certification (required)
