Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to enhance their
Insurance Program technology platform and operational
workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to create system and
workflow requirements
Manage and troubleshoot system-related issues, providing technical
support and overseeing system upgrades
Facilitate program transitions from acquired companies by
integrating them into the platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of Business Analyst experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial lines underwriting or
operations
Proficiency in configuring insurance policy administration
systems
Experience managing teams effectively
