*LPN- starts at $36/hr**RN - Start at $51/hr**This position involves filling open shifts at healthcare facilities in and around Janesville, Madison, Mount Horeb, Stoughton and Verona, WI.*We are looking for LPN or RNs to join the Zeal team! Apply for an opportunity to receive competitive pay and control of your schedule- only pick up shifts at times and locations that work for you.*Position Requirements** Licensed as an RN or LPN* Minimum of one (1) year Nursing experience* Federal, State, and Zeal Clinical Staffing and facility required credentials current and on file* Cognitive skills as related to the position*Position Responsibilities** Provide bedside care* Administer medications and document therapeutic effects* Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports* Record vital signs and medical information* Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions* Prepare and administer injections* Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans with healthcare team members* Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient condition and response to treatment*Other Responsibilities** Completes required orientation as directed by facility* Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment* Follows facility Unusual Occurrence Protocol* Respects cultural and religious practices of patients* Upholds HIPAA regulations* Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shiftsPay: $36.00 - $51.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Referral programMedical Specialty:* GeriatricsPhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing homeWork Location: In person
