Job Description:
A company is looking for a Script Processing Representative
(Remote) to provide support for veterinary clinics regarding
prescription requests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level information and order support for veterinary
clinics and retail partners
Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes
Process nutrition prescription approvals via fax, WRX, or verbal
communications
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Veterinary experience preferred
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn unfamiliar systems
quickly
