Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Business Partner - GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to develop People Ops
strategies that drive organizational effectiveness
Partner with the Talent team to attract, hire, and retain top
talent while implementing employee development initiatives
Champion initiatives that promote company values and drive employee
engagement and culture
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People Operations with a focus
on business partnership in a sales organization
Experience in a startup environment supporting a global
workforce
Strong knowledge of local legislation related to the US, Canada,
and LATAM
Expertise in organizational development, including talent
acquisition and performance management
Proficiency in HR tech stack, preferably with Rippling HRIS &
Lattice
