• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support from AHA required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support from AHA required.
• Tech Cert Verification - National Certification/Verification for OR Tech/Surgical Tech preferred, not required.
• State License 1 Verification and NURSYS Verification needed as applicable by Profession.
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) required with specific conditions for testing and passing scores.
• Certain exemptions and testing requirements outlined for specific titles and departments.
