people management activities with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global leaders to enhance employee engagement,
retention, and team development
Provide guidance on performance coaching, terminations, and manage
complex employee relations issues
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and
policies for the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner
5+ years of HR experience with hands-on administration
International experience, preferably supporting teams in India
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
