Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to
support data management sales and services in the agriculture
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with agriculture retailers to
ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Track and analyze retailer progress, providing insights and
recommendations for service optimization
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate retailers about
sustainability programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in
agriculture, business, or communications
1 or more years of sales/customer-facing experience
Strong understanding of agricultural practices and sustainability
issues
Experience with agricultural retail/co-op/dealer industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferred experience with CRM
software
