Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Business Partner to support
client groups and implement strategic talent and development
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a business partner for assigned client groups,
facilitating effective communication and support
Collaborate with senior leaders on talent implications and coach
managers on talent-related initiatives
Analyze employee engagement and performance data to provide
insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years
in Business Partnering
Experience working with engineering or technical teams
preferred
Strong HRIS knowledge, particularly with UKG
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and enhance
employee experience
