Our Telemarketer maintains professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through the use of effective closing techniques. They are responsible for turning warm leads into sales. The ideal candidate has some inside merchant account sales experience, self-directed and self-motivated with a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process.What you'll do:If you consider yourself self-directed and self-motivated, we can teach you the sales process and effective closing techniques. This role will work with leads, conduct market research, and submit and close deals. From building target lists, conducting cold calls, to utilizing Salesforce - that's you.Take inbound as well as make outbound calls, follow up on emails, and conduct warm and cold calls.Use effective sales closing techniques.Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms.Meet and exceed quotas.What we need from you:1+ year B2B Sales experienceExperience with Infusion Soft (Formerly Keap) or another CRMFluent in both English and Spanish (verbal / written)Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma requiredFluently speaks SpanishPreferably in MexicoHow to be an all star (preferred skills):Insurance industry inside sales experienceSalary: TBDPay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
