• Transmission Type: Automatic Job Requirements Additional Information Diesel Technician - Milton, WI - Job Type: Full-Time - Pay Rate: $24 - $33/hr Depending on experience Sign on Bonus: $2,000 paid out within first 90 days on employment Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM - Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer-related issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
  • Performance preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors & trailers
  • Perform DOT inspection per FMSCA guidelines
  • Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes being able to lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods, and have flexible movement to reach equipment. - Requirements:
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license
    • Technical or advanced degree or 5 years of Class 8 diesel experience
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance with diagnostic tools and equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
    • Successfully demonstrated problem-solving skills
    • Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including good oral and written communication skills.
