Job Description:

Responsibilities

Schedule/Shift:

* Sun - Thurs: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments, as a Customer Service Representative
* Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns
* Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls
* Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience



Preferred Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree
