Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Complexity
Reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complexity reduction initiatives and oversee projects to
improve processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Guide process improvement efforts by directing cross-functional
teams and facilitating workshops
Utilize statistical tools to identify root causes of complexity and
implement data-driven solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in consumer products,
manufacturing, or a related field
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a strong understanding
of Lean Six Sigma principles
Strong project management skills, including planning, resource
allocation, and risk mitigation
Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel and
PowerBI
Familiarity with the global hand and power tools, storage, and
outdoor equipment manufacturing industry
