Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, People Experience to oversee
HR operations and compliance for US employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the US team in employee life-cycle processes,
including onboarding and off-boarding
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR initiatives
and programs
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 2 years
managing a distributed team
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent work
experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws across
multiple states
Extensive benefits administration experience (e.g., FMLA, ADA,
HIPAA, ERISA)
Experience managing operations at scale while handling confidential
information
