You will play an integral role in enhancing the overall dining experience!Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the opening and closing shifts
• Oversee daily operations
• Ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences
• Assist the GM with cost management, sales growth, and hiring/training staff
• Conduct inventories, order supplies, and handle deliveries
• Promote teamwork, address challenges with tact, and work varied shiftsAssistant General Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• 2+ years of exposure to the back of the BOH systems
• Skilled in leading and developing teams
